Symptoms

다음은 DDOS(Data Domain Operating System)에서 생성된 알림입니다.

Cause

DDOS 5.5에는 구성된 DNS의 기능을 확인하기 위한 새로운 기능이 도입되었습니다. 이 기능은 도메인 "emc.com"를 확인하려고 시도합니다. 이름을 확인할 수 없는 경우 알림이 게시됩니다.
 
참고: DDOS 7.10부터 Data Domain은 자동으로 "dell.com"를 찾습니다.

참고 사항:  이름은 DD OS 7.10+에서 구성할 수 있는 관리자입니다.

Resolution

DNS 구성이 도메인 emc.com 해결할 수 있는지 확인하십시오.
  • 해결 방법을 테스트하려면 CLI(Command-Line Interface) 인터페이스에서 다음을 실행합니다.
# net lookup emc.com
참고: DD OS 7.10부터 Data Domain은 자동으로 "dell.com"를 찾습니다.
 
  • CLI에서 구성된 DNS 주소를 확인하려면 다음을 실행합니다.
# net show dns
  • DNS 항목을 수정하려면 다음을 실행합니다.
# net set dns  

Example: net set dns 10.10.10.10,10.10.10.11
  • 이름을 확인할 수 있는지 확인하려면 다음을 수행합니다.
# net lookup <Name or IP that you are looking up>
  • DD OS 7.10+부터:  Data Domain이 검색하는 이름을 변경하려면 다음을 수행합니다.  (구성된 DNS 서버에서 이 이름을 확인할 수 있는지 확인) 
# reg set config.net.dns_domain_name=<Your resolvable name here>

Example: reg set config.net.dns_domain_name = anycomp.com

Additional Information

Data Domain이 DNS를 사용하지 않거나 내부 호스트 이름만 확인되는 제어된 환경에 있는 경우 Dell 문서 81545, Data Domain: EVT-NETM-00009: 해당 DNS를 확인하기 위해 구성된 DNS와 통신할 수 없습니다.
