CLI에서 실행할 때(GUI에서 시작할 때) "net show settings" 및 "net show hardware" 명령을 실행하면 아래 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.

Cause

알려진 원인 #1:

"user idrac create" CLI 명령을 실행하면 iDRAC가 재설정됩니다. 재설정하면 iDRAC 인터페이스의 이름이 변경됩니다. 이로 인해 언급된 CLI 명령이 실행될 때 DD가 다음 오류를 반환합니다.

SMS command failed: No interfaces found.

Resolution

알려진 원인 #1:

이 문제는 DDOS 7.1.x 코드 이상에서 해결되었습니다.

해결 방법은 Data Domain을 재시작하는 것입니다. Data Domain이 재부팅되면 인터페이스를 다시 한 번 표시하고 구성할 수 있습니다.
