Cause

Hyper-V VSS 插件最初在 WMI 调用中使用 Hyper-V 命名空间来获取 RCT 扩展区。对于新的修补程序，代码已更改为引用群集命名空间。

Resolution

较早版本的插件程序需要 Avamar Hyper-V 累积热修复程序。它们整合了针对弹性更改跟踪 （RCT） 的最新代码更改，以改进备份和还原。
