Symptoms

必須符合三個條件，系統才會被視為受到影響：

  1. 系統必須是 Dell Unity 380/480/680/880。
  2. 系統必須具有 ClearskyX 或 Lightblade 一或多個 25G I/O 模組，或兩者的組合。
  3. 系統的記憶體使用率必須達到 90% 以上。

Unity XT 系統可能會因為 25 Gb 乙太網路 I/O 模組驅動程式的記憶體洩漏，而發生意外的 SP 重新開機。

Cause

X80 平臺上的 QED 驅動程式記憶體洩漏。這是陣列上光纖通道前端連接埠的驅動程式。適用於新的 25 GbE I/O 光纖通道模組。

在遇到意外重新開機之前，大部分 SP 的連續運作時間為 90 至 150 天。

Resolution

若要判斷系統是否受到影響，請先透過 SSH 登入並執行以下命令，以檢查上述兩種情況：
