Symptoms

當 Data Domain 平台偵測到嚴重狀況時，保護措施會停用檔案系統 （DDFS） 以作為預防措施。
  • 事件已發佈： p0-12 EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00052：檔案系統因嚴重狀況而停用。EVT-OBJ：：Enclosure=1 EVT-INFO：：Cause=XXXXX
平台上出現此類嚴重狀況的一些典型原因包括：
  • 警示：EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00032：儲存處理器故障
  • 警示：EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00036：目前溫度超過警告閾值
  • 系統時間回溯跳躍

Cause

DDFS 的設計是在系統平台偵測到任何一組嚴重狀況時自動停用。

在 DD 中，「messages.engineering」記錄 （可透過 CLI 的「log view debug/messages.engineering」檢視） 表示「platmon」程序會因為平台發生嚴重錯誤而停用 DDFS，例如：

2.修正平台錯誤後，請從 SE 模式清除作用中的 EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00052 警示，並清除以下說明的「指控」：

注意：DDOS 版本 7.7.5.25、7.10.1.15、7.13.0.15、6.2.1.110 及更新版本中已淘汰 SE 命令，僅供 Dell 員工存取。
