How to Print a Windows Test Page Using Windows 11 or Windows 10

  1. In the Search box on the taskbar, type Devices and Printers.
  2. Touch or click Devices and Printers (Control panel).
  3. Touch and hold or right-click your printer.
  4. Touch or click Printer Properties.
Note: Be sure to select Printer Properties and not Properties, or you will not see a Print Test Page button.
  1. Under the General tab, Touch or click Print Test Page.

How to Print a Windows Test Page Using Windows 8.1 or Windows 8

  1. From the Desktop, go to the start page by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard, or clicking the lower left corner of the screen.
  2. On the Start page, type the word printer. A search is automatically performed.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. From the search results, select View Devices and Printers.
  5. Right click on the printer icon, then select Printer Properties.
  6. Click the Print Test Page button on the lower right of the dialogue.

How to Print A Windows Test Page Using Windows 7

  1. Click on the Windows Start Button.
  2. Select the Control Panel.
  3. Select Devices and Printers.
  4. Right click on the printer and select Printer Properties.
  5. Click Print a Test Page.
  6. After the test page has printed, click OK.
