Dit kan gebeuren als de Encryption-client op een bepaald moment op de computer is geïnstalleerd.

Zoek naar een bestand met de naam CmgCryptoLib.dll onder Windows\System32 en wijzig de naam . De server gebruikt vervolgens de versie van de .dll beschikbaar is in de installatiemap van de Compatibility Server-service en de service wordt gestart.
