Cause

EMS 會在插入抽取式裝置時，查詢用戶原則的護蓋。護蓋向EMS回報其沒有任何用戶資訊。EMS 需要使用者的原則和加密密鑰，才能提示裝置加密。由於使用者被視為未受管理，因此EMS會根據原則設定封鎖裝置的所有存取權。

Resolution

重新安裝護蓋，以確保所有檔案及其登錄設定均有效。因應措施是執行 WSDeactivate。
