在某些使用 SATA SED 的戴尔 2017 笔记本电脑中，在传统启动模式下利用戴尔的自加密驱动器管理器时，触摸板在预启动身份验证环境中无法工作。
此外，如果在安装传统 PBA 时计算机进入休眠状态，则从休眠状态唤醒后，触摸板不会在操作系统中工作。
如果计算机和 PBA 在 UEFI 模式下运行，则不会出现这些问题。
