Symptoms

在 BIOS 设置中禁用英特尔虚拟技术并在 Windows 10 下启用基于虚拟化的安全性 （VBS） 后，系统将在首次启动时在戴尔徽标处停止启动过程。

 

Cause

VBS 需要硬件虚拟技术才能正常工作。禁用 Intel 虚拟技术是无效操作，会阻止操作系统启动。

Resolution

请按照以下步骤解决此问题：

  1. 按电源按钮并重新进入 BIOS。
    • 要使用 VBS 功能，请将 VBS 和 英特尔虚拟技术 设置为已启用。
    • 要禁用虚拟技术，请禁用 Virtual technology 和 VBS。
  2. 保存更改并重新启动系统。
 
提醒：请勿在禁用英特尔虚拟技术的情况下启用 VBS。
