Cause

Op eindpunten met zowel de Dell Encryption- als Absolute-applicaties probeert Absolute de status van full-diskversleuteling te verkrijgen door elke 6 uur uit WSScan te voeren wanneer de gebruiker is aangemeld. Dit kan leiden tot verminderde computerprestaties.

Resolution

Deze functionaliteit kan worden uitgeschakeld in de Absolute webconsole door het statusbeleid voor full-diskversleuteling uit te schakelen voor de groep eindpunten die dit probleem ondervinden.
