清除或停用系統的可信賴平台模組 （TPM） 時。然後開機進入 Windows 10 版本 1703 並開啟 TPM 管理主控台 （TPM.msc），您可能會收到以下錯誤訊息：「無法載入管理主控台。」
Cause
沒有可用的原因資訊。
Resolution
如果 TPM 已在 BIOS 中清除，請關閉 TPM 管理主控台，然後重新開啟。第二次開啟時不應發生此錯誤。
如果 TPM 是透過 BIOS 停用，則您可以：
- 在 BIOS 中重新啟用 TPM，並按照 TPM 清除步驟操作。
