Symptoms

PowerStore T 和 PowerStore X 機型使用不同的實體連接埠來存取管理網路。

  • PowerStore T 使用標示為 6 的連接埠。
  • PowerStore X 使用標示為 1 模組上的連接埠 0-1 （或繫結）。

若要使用服務連接埠而非管理連接埠進行 SSH 存取，請參閱 PowerStore：使用服務 LAN 連接埠進行 SSH 和 PowerStore Manager 存取。
便條：連接至服務連接埠時，請勿拔下管理纜線。


用於登入服務容器的 ssh 連接埠為：

  • 22 - 叢集建立完成後。
  • 26 - 在執行初始組態精靈 （ICW） 之前。

Cause

可能需要透過 SSH 存取節點以進行故障診斷。

Resolution

PowerStore 裝置預設並未啟用 SSH。若要啟用對裝置的 SSH 存取：

  1. 前往設定。
  2. 從安全性區段中選取 SSH 管理。
  3. 選擇要啟用 SSH 的一個或多個裝置。
  4. 按 一下啟用 SSH。若要停用 SSH 存取，請按照相同的程序操作，但請按一下 停用 SSH。


只有使用者服務可以透過 SSH 登入。如果輸入錯誤的使用者名稱，則會發現以下錯誤： 
沒有支援的驗證方法可用 （伺服器已傳送：publickey、gssapi-keyex、gssapi-with-mic）
