Symptoms

De Ethernet-poort van het Dell WD serie dock kan af en toe worden verbroken wanneer u de poort gebruikt om toegang te krijgen tot internet op de computer. Er kan ook een gele knal aanwezig zijn in Apparaatbeheer met een onbekend USB-apparaat.

Betreffende dockingstations:

  • Dell Dock WD19
  • Dell dockingstation - WD19S
  • Dell Performance dockingstation - WD19DC
  • Dell Performance dockingstation - WD19DCS

Cause

Het probleem wordt veroorzaakt doordat Flow Control is uitgeschakeld in de eigenschap Realtek USB GbE Family Controller. De standaardinstelling is Inschakelen.

Resolution

Schakel de Flow Control in om overlopen bij zware belasting te voorkomen.

  1. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op Deze pc op uw bureaublad en selecteer Beheren.
  2. Selecteer Apparaatbeheer.
  3. Ga naar de volgende locatie in Apparaatbeheer: 
    Network adapters\Realtek USB GbE Family Controller Properties\Advanced\Flow Control
  4. Flow Control in te schakelen.
  5. Start de computer opnieuw op.
