Symptoms

Cause
在 Realtek USB GbE 系列控制器屬性中停用的流量控制會導致此問題。預設設定為「啟用」。
Resolution
啟用流量控制以防止在負載過重時溢出。
- 在桌面 上以滑鼠右鍵按一下這台電腦 ，然後選取管理。
- 選取 裝置管理員。
- 在裝置管理員中移至下列位置：
Network adapters\Realtek USB GbE Family Controller Properties\Advanced\Flow Control
- 啟用流量控制。
- 將電腦重新開機。
