Symptoms
使用端口访问计算机上的互联网时，戴尔 WD 系列坞站上的以太网端口可能会间歇性断开连接。设备管理器中也可能出现黄色惊叹号，表示未知的 USB 设备。
受影响的坞站：
- 戴尔坞站 WD19
- 戴尔坞站 - WD19S
- 戴尔高性能坞站 - WD19DC
- 戴尔高性能坞站 - WD19DCS
Cause
在 Realtek USB GbE 系列控制器属性中禁用流控制会导致该问题。默认设置为“Enable”（启用）。
Resolution
启用流控制以防止在负载过重时溢出。
- 右键单击桌面上的 这台电脑 ，然后选择管理。
- 选择 设备管理器。
- 转至设备管理器中的以下位置：
Network adapters\Realtek USB GbE Family Controller Properties\Advanced\Flow Control
- 启用流控制。
- 重新启动计算机。
