Symptoms

È stato segnalato uno sfarfallio su un monitor esterno se l'uscita video proviene dalla porta HDMI di un dongle adattatore USB DA200 collegato tramite una porta Type-C sul retro di una delle docking station Dell WD19, WD19S, WD19TB, WD19TBS, WD19DCS o WD19DC.

Cause

Le docking station USB Type-C serie WD19/WD19S non supportano questo tipo di connessione.

Resolution

I dock WD19/WD19S funzionano come da progettazione.

Se si desidera utilizzare il collegamento HDMI su un monitor esterno: collegare il cavo HDMI direttamente dal monitor alla parte posteriore sul dock.
