Slow Internet speed using Killer Ethernet adapters

Maximize the speed of the wired connection on your Dell or Alienware computers equipped with the Killer E2400 or E2500 Ethernet card.
Computers equipped with a Killer Ethernet adapter may not reach maximum bandwidth over a wired connection.

Resolution
There is a speed limit option in the Killer Control Center software that you can adjust to solve this issue.
Here are the steps to change the speed limits:
- Open the Killer Control Center
- Click Settings on the left menu
- Click Set Bandwidth Limits (Figure 1)
- Set the upload and download speeds according to your connection then click Apply Settings (Figure 2)
