在電腦開機至 Windows 作業系統之前，您可能會發現透過 Dell 擴充基座連接的外接式鍵盤無法運作。例如，當您需要鍵盤來執行如輸入 BitLocker PIN 等操作時，就會發生這種情況。

  1. 按下鍵盤上的 F2 鍵數次，直到電腦進入 BIOS 設定為止。
  2. 選取 POST 行為。
  3. 選取快速開機。
  4. 請 確定已選取 右側的完整。
  5. 按 一下套用 並 退出。
  6. 電腦會重新開機。測試問題是否解決。
注意：Latitude 7400 筆記型電腦必須設定為「快速開機 > 完整」，才能完整啟用 Thunderbolt PBT。如果 BIOS 的 Fastboot 設定 為「最少」， 則透過擴充基座的外接式鍵盤將無法運作。
