La herramienta de configuración de Exchange ActiveSync no puede configurar la comunicación con proxy de política

Productos afectados:

• Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition
• Dell Data Protection | Virtual Edition

Cuando se ejecuta la herramienta de configuración de EAS para configurar la administración de Exchange ActiveSync mientras la aplicación web de Exchange ActiveSync está configurada para ejecutarse en el modo IIS Classic, se producen errores de comunicación de políticas y se muestra el siguiente mensaje:

"Failed to add the OTASync module declaration."

Log entry: 2014-08-25 12:03:32,971 ERROR Credant.EASConfig.EASMDConfig I[] T[1] - Failed to setup the modules section System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Credant.EASConfig.EASMDConfig.AddIISModuleSection()

Para solucionar este problema, si es posible, utilice el modo IIS Integrated.

Como alternativa, los archivos web.config y EASMailboxManager.exe.config se pueden modificar para corregir el problema.

Vaya a EASConfigUtility.log, en la siguiente ruta (c:\Program Files\Dell\EAS Configuration Utility\EASConfigUtility.log), en Exchange Server.

1. La dirección PolicyProxy se debe establecer en la dirección IP o el nombre de host del proxy de política, tal como se ingresó en la interfaz del usuario del servidor en la configuración.
2. En el archivo web.config, en <configuración>, agregue lo siguiente:

         <add name="OTASyncControl" type="Credant.OTASync.OTASyncModule, OTASyncControl, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5d874789881803c4" />
</httpModules>

in the EASMailboxManager.exe.config file, under <configuration> add the following:
   <configSections>
           <section name="ExchangeManagementConfig" type="Credant.ExchangeManagement.ExchangeManagementConfigSection,
 EASMailboxManager"/>
    </configSections>
    <ExchangeManagementConfig>
          <ServiceSettings startupdelay="5" />
          <PolicyProxies pollinginterval="1">
                <PolicyProxy address="localhost" port="8090"/>

         </PolicyProxies>
  </ExchangeManagementConfig>
