Symptoms

IDPA dağıtımı sırasında, Configuration ekranı aşağıdaki hatayı gösteriyor:

"ACM hostname does not match with the DNS entry for ACM IP address {0}. Refresh the page after correcting ACM hostname."

Hatalı IDPA dağıtım sihirbazı  

Cause

ACM, Eth1 arabirimi için Genel yerine Özel IP ile listeleniyor. 

Resolution

ACM'de Eth1'i Genel IP ve Eth2'yi ACM'de Özel IP olarak değiştirin.

ACM de WebApp hizmetini yeniden başlatın: 

  1. Kök olarak putty ile ACM ye bağlanma
  2. WebApp Hizmetini Yeniden Başlatın: 
service dataprotection_webapp restart
  1. ACM'de tekrar oturum açmadan önce 15 dakika bekleyin ve hatanın artık mevcut olmadığını göreceksiniz.
