Symptoms

Durante il deployment di IDPA, la schermata Configuration mostra il seguente errore:

"ACM hostname does not match with the DNS entry for ACM IP address {0}. Refresh the page after correcting ACM hostname."

Procedura guidata di deployment IDPA con errore  

Cause

ACM è elencato con IP privato per l'interfaccia Eth1 anziché pubblico. 

Resolution

Modificare Eth1 su ACM in IP pubblico ed Eth2 in IP privato su ACM.

Riavviare il servizio WebApp in ACM: 

  1. Connettersi ad ACM con PuTTY come root
  2. Riavviare il servizio WebApp: 
service dataprotection_webapp restart
  1. Attendere 15 minuti prima di accedere nuovamente ad ACM. L'errore non è più presente.
