Avamar: Si è verificato un problema con la configurazione del broker RabbitMQ locale.

L'interfaccia utente di Management Console Server (MCS) segnala il seguente errore RabbitMQ ogni 5 minuti:

There is a problem with the configuration of the local RabbitMQ broker. 

Il registro (/data01/avamar/var/rabbitmq/log/rabbit@localhost.log) segnala Unauthorized, il che significa che si è verificato un problema di autorizzazione con l'account guest RabbitMQ:

Riavvio di rabbitmqctl-server non risolve il problema.

Si è verificato un problema con i privilegi o le autorizzazioni dell'account guest RabbitMQ. 

1. Accedere ad Avamar Utility Node come admin.

2. Eleva al livello root.

3. Riavviare il servizio di messaggistica utilizzando i comandi riportati di seguito:

msgbrokerctl.pl --stop 

msgbrokerctl.pl --start 

Durante l'avvio, l'output mostra che le autorizzazioni e le password dell'account sono in fase di gestione:

INFO: Starting messaging service.
INFO: Started messaging service.
INFO: Create the rabbitmq user Avamar successfully.
INFO: Change password and degrade the permission for rabbitmq guest user successfully.
INFO: Create the vhost for proxy deploy manager successfully.
INFO: Add the permission for user Avamar successfully.

4. Confermare gli eventi nell'interfaccia utente relativi a RabbitMQ.

5. Monitorare la griglia per verificare che il problema sia stato risolto.
