Symptoms

MCS(Management Console Server) UI에서 5분마다 다음과 같은 RabbitMQ 오류를 보고합니다.

There is a problem with the configuration of the local RabbitMQ broker.
 

로그(/data01/avamar/var/rabbitmq/log/rabbit@localhost.log)는 Unauthorized를 보고하며, 이는 RabbitMQ 게스트 계정에 권한 문제가 있음을 의미합니다.

재시작 rabbitmqctl-server 문제가 해결되지 않습니다.

Cause

RabbitMQ 게스트 계정의 권한 또는 사용 권한에 문제가 있습니다. 

Resolution

1. Avamar Utility Node에 admin으로 로그인합니다.

2. 루트로 승격합니다.

3. 아래 명령을 사용하여 메시징 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.

msgbrokerctl.pl --stop 
msgbrokerctl.pl --start
 

시작하는 동안 계정 사용 권한 및 암호가 처리되고 있다는 출력이 표시됩니다.

INFO: Starting messaging service.
INFO: Started messaging service.
INFO: Create the rabbitmq user Avamar successfully.
INFO: Change password and degrade the permission for rabbitmq guest user successfully.
INFO: Create the vhost for proxy deploy manager successfully.
INFO: Add the permission for user Avamar successfully.
 

4. RabbitMQ와 관련된 UI에서 이벤트를 확인합니다.

5. 그리드를 모니터링하여 문제가 해결되었는지 확인합니다.
