PowerPath license key is stored on the following registry key locations:-
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EmcPowSrv\license
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\EmcPowSrv\license
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\EmcPowSrv\license
Also in case EMC reports/grabs were collected on the server even once for EMC technical support, then you can also find the registry key stored in:-
C:\Windows\Emcreports\COLLECTION\PP folder in file named HOSTNAME_PPATH_DISP_LICENSE.txt file
In case PowerPath is installed, you can run the command "powermt check_registration"
Or you can also check by clicking on "EMC Powerpath Licensing Tool"
