오류 메시지: PowerPath: [ID 939976 local0.error] MPAPI: Error: Internal error occured.

부팅 시 다음과 같은 오류 메시지가 나타납니다.

Cause

기술 지원 상담원은 powermt load boot 명령을 실행하지 않으면 부팅 옵션이 설정되지 않습니다. 그렇지 않으면 초기 부팅 중에 구성 파일 업데이트가 시도되지 않습니다.

  1. 이 문제는 ZFS가 아닌 UFS에 있는 루트 파일 시스템에서만 나타납니다.
  2.  powerstartup service 실행되는 초기 부팅 중에 실행됩니다. powermt load boot 이 오류가 발생합니다.
  3. 초기 부팅 중 UFS 루트 파일 시스템은 읽기 전용이며, 이 단계에서는 다음과 같은 경우 powermt load boot 업데이트를 시도합니다. /etc/emc/mpaa.lams 이전 상태를 로드하는 동안 파일이 업데이트되지 않습니다.
  4. ZFS 루트 파일 시스템의 경우 초기 부트 중에 powerstartup service 실행되면 파일 시스템이 읽기/쓰기 상태이고 오류가 발생하지 않습니다.
  5. 업데이트 실패 /etc/emc/mpaa.lams file에서 MPAPI 오류가 발생하지만 나머지 프로세스는 문제없이 계속됩니다.
  6. 부팅 단계 후반에 접어들었을 때 powerconfig service 실행, 그것도 마찬가지입니다 powermt 먼저 로드하고 그때까지 파일 시스템이 읽기/쓰기가 되므로 구성 파일이 적절하게 업데이트됩니다.
 

Resolution

이 오류는 무해하며 드라이버 상태에 문제가 있음을 나타내지 않으며 무시할 수 있습니다.

  • 일단 가동되면 시스템의 온전성이 양호합니다.
  • 모든 powermt 명령이 제대로 작동합니다.
  • 시스템이 부팅되면 구성 파일에 문제가 발생하지 않습니다.
