Go to EWS: "System" > "Default and Policies" > "Specified Paper Is Unavailable," and set to the option to "Letter/A4 Substitution," then it prints directly.

  • Prompt to Load Paper
  • Use Larger Size
  • Use Closet Size
  • Letter/A4 Substitution
  • Use ByPass Tray
  1. Login in as admin the default factory password is admin.

  2. Click the System from the left pane, then select the Defaults and Policies.

  3. Click Specified Paper Is Unavailable then select Letter/A4 Substitution, click OK, and click Close.
