SourceOne Email Supervisor non riesce a memorizzare nella cache messaggi di grandi dimensioni

Quando SourceOne Email Supervisor rileva messaggi di grandi dimensioni e tenta di memorizzare nella cache i messaggi da SourceOne Email Management, si verifica il timeout dopo 5 minuti.

Il servizio Email Caching ha esito negativo e nei registri eventi di Email Supervisor viene registrato quanto segue:

Si tratta di un difetto noto menzionato in SDR 63239.

Questo problema viene risolto nelle patch o nelle versioni Service Pack di SourceOne Email Supervisor 7.2 SP1 Hotfix 63239.
I kit di patch e service pack EMC SourceOne sono disponibili per il download tramite https://dell.com/support.

Con l'hotfix, il valore di timeout è ora configurabile. I valori possono essere configurati impostando le seguenti chiavi di registro sul server SourceOne Email Supervisor:
