O SourceOne Email Supervisor não consegue fazer o armazenamento em cache de mensagens grandes

Quando o SourceOne Email Supervisor encontra mensagens grandes e tenta armazená-las em cache do SourceOne Email Management, o tempo limite é excedido após 5 minutos.

O serviço Email Caching falha e o seguinte é registrado nos registros de eventos do Email Supervisor:

Esse é um defeito conhecido, como mencionado no SDR 63239.

Esse problema é resolvido em patches ou versões de pacote de serviços do SourceOne Email Supervisor 7.2 SP1 Hotfix 63239.

Com o hotfix, o valor de tempo limite agora é configurável. Os valores podem ser configurados definindo as seguintes chaves de registro no servidor SourceOne Email Supervisor:
