Symptoms

當 SourceOne Email Supervisor 遇到大型訊息，並嘗試快取來自 SourceOne Email Management 的訊息時，會在 5 分鐘後逾時。

電子郵件快取服務失敗，並會在電子郵件監管程式事件記錄中記錄以下內容：

Description:
An error occurred while trying to download a message from Email Archive Server.  Details = Server: <SourceOne Server>, EntryID: <MsgID>, Description: The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:04:59.3280745. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

Resolution
