Symptoms
High bandwidth usage observed between source and target VDCs.
Cause
Target cluster is full which means the metadata that needs to be replicated cannot be sent across is retried at 5 minute intervals causing high network Utlisation. The data is not application data since no RG created but rather metadata with namespace information shared between clusters.
Resolution
You can confirm if a replication group exists between target and source VDC's by checking the GUI on target VDC as below
If no replication group exists, yet network bandwidth is saturated and target VDC is full then this issue has been encountered.
