Symptoms
NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) Launcher Produces Java Web Start Pop Up before Connecting to NetWorker Management Console (NMC): 
Cause
This is expected behavior with the NRE launcher.
Resolution
This window was forced as a part of a fix where NRE was unable to launch in certain Windows versions. Engineering concluded to show this window rather than cause possible conflicting support for Oracle Java provided in NRE. Java does not provide an option to hide this window.
