Cause

Backup Agent ve "DELL Avamar for Exchange GLR" hizmetleri, yerel SYSTEM hesaplarıyla çalışacak şekilde yapılandırılmıştır. Bu hesap, PowerShell komutlarını çalıştırmak için yeterli izinlere sahip değil.

Bu durum, varsayılan olarak yerel SYSTEM hesabına ayarlandığından Avamar eklentileri yeniden yüklendiğinde veya yükseltildiğinde ortaya çıkabilir.

Resolution

services.msc konsolunu açın ve avagent ile GLR hizmetlerini gerekli izinlere sahip "avamarbackupuser" ve benzer hesapla çalışacak şekilde yeniden yapılandırın.

Çoğu ortamda, hesabı gerekli izinlerle otomatik olarak oluşturmak ve Avamar hizmetlerini yapılandırmak için Avamar Exchange Backup User Configuration Tool'u kullanabilirsiniz.
