當使用者按一下密碼的同步快顯並嘗試更新密碼時，UI 會顯示錯誤「Avamar viewuser user test connection failed」：



以「root」使用者身分開啟 SSH 至 ACM，然後執行下列命令，以確認此問題是否因 MCSDK 相容性而導致，其中 ACM 無法使用 MCSDK 登入 Avamar 或 Backup Server Postgres 資料庫：

上述命令指出 ACM 與 Avamar/Backup Server MCSDK 之間的相容性問題，因此 ACM 無法透過登入 Avamar Server 上的 Postgres 資料庫來擷取 Viewuser 密碼狀態。

開啟 SSH 至 Avamar 或備份伺服器，並確認 viewuser 密碼在手動登入嘗試時是否有效。

• 使用下列命令確認 viewuser 使用者登入是否有效：

  • psql -p 5555 mcdb -U viewuser -h 

注意：如果登入可使用目前的 viewuser 密碼或一般密碼，則我們擁有正確的密碼。

識別正確的密碼後，按一下密碼 viewuser 使用者密碼未同步快顯並嘗試更新此密碼。如果我們看到測試連線失敗，請繼續前往解決方法一節。

ACM 和 Avamar 或備份伺服器之間的相容性問題。如果 Avamar 已升級至更高版本，但尚未升級 ACM，可能會發生此問題。例如在 IDPA DP8X 機型的案例中，Avamar 不屬於 IDPA 升級工作流程，並升級為獨立工作流程的一部分。

IDPA DP8X 升級的建議：

• 必須先從 ACM 開始 IDPA 升級工作流程。 
• IDPA 升級工作流程到達 ESXi 升級階段後，即可開始 Avamar 升級，以避免此類相容性問題。 

注意：如果未遵循上述建議，則可能會導致此類密碼未同步錯誤。

1.以「admin user」身分開啟 SSH 至 Avamar Server/Backup Server，並確認下列詳細資料：

mcserver.sh --version

2.以「root」使用者身分開啟 SSH 至 ACM，並驗證 IDPA 的版本：

rpm -qa | grep -i dataprotection

3.根據下方堆疊表格提供商，確認 ACM 版本符合個別的 Avamar 版本：

注意：如果步驟 1 和 2 所述的 ACM 和 Avamar 版本與上表不符，則這會說明相容性問題。

4.升級其餘的 IDPA 或 Avamar 以符合 IDPA 堆疊版本。如果這是升級過程中的 DP8X 裝置，則預期會出現此錯誤，並等待升級程序完全完成。
