Symptoms
Cloud utilization is high and consuming space even though data has been expired and/or deleted via NetWorker.
Cause
Garbage Collection (GC) fails to operate because the system holds on to (orphaned) backups which do not exists anymore. CloudBoost will not delete cloud data if there is a backup associated with that data.
Resolution
Manually remove backups from the affected database.
