Symptoms

某些虚拟机的备份失败，而其他虚拟机正常。

收到消息：      
“Virtual Machine Direct Protection failed.Gateway Timeout Error.”（虚拟机直接保护失败。网关超时错误。）

Cause

在创建保护策略期间选择了不正确的网络接口。

Resolution

解决方法是更改保护策略中的网络接口。
  1. 登录到 PPDM
  2. 选择 Protection
  3. 选择 Protection Policies
  4. 选择 Policy，然后选择 Edit
  5. 在 Schedule 选项卡中，选择 Edit
  6. 从“Network Interface”下的下拉菜单中选择 Network Interface。
  7. 选择 Next，然后选择 Finish。
