Symptoms

일부 VM의 백업은 실패하지만 다른 VM은 정상적으로 작동합니다.

      
"Virtual Machine Direct Protection failed. Gateway Timeout Error" 메시지가 표시됩니다.

Cause

보호 정책을 생성하는 동안 잘못된 네트워크 인터페이스를 선택했습니다.

Resolution

해결 방법은 보호 정책에서 네트워크 인터페이스를 변경하는 것입니다.
  1. PPDM에 로그인합니다.
  2. Protection을 선택합니다.
  3. Protection Policies를 선택합니다.
  4. Policy를 선택한 다음 Edit를 선택합니다.
  5. Schedule 탭에서 Edit를 선택합니다.
  6. 네트워크 인터페이스 아래의 드롭다운 메뉴에서 Network Interface를 선택합니다.
  7. Next를 선택한 다음 Finish를 선택합니다.
