Symptoms

会话日志中显示错误： 
NOTICE:         "Description": "Failed to initialize Backup Descriptor.  Failed to download VM config file \"[Datastore_Name] VM_Folder/VM_Name.vmx\" into saveset file \"vm-####-config-file-0.cfg\".  HTTP Get request failed to download config file '[Datastore_Name] VM_Folder/VM_Name.vmx' using URL 'https://vCenter_Server_name/folder/VM_Folder/VM_Name.vmx?dcPath=Cluster_Name\Host_nameName=Datastore_Name'. HTTP Status code: 500."
基于 vProxy 的备份在同一环境中的其他 ESXi 群集上成功运行。

Cause

VMware 加密已启用。要确认这一点，请从 VMware vSphere Client 中打开然后打开虚拟机属性。在VM Options选项卡下，Encrypt VM设置为加密策略。

NetWorker 使用的 VMware vCenter 帐户没有使用加密进行备份所需的加密权限。

Resolution

从 VMware 中，将以下权限应用于用于 NetWorker 的 vCenter 用户帐户。

  • 加密作 > 添加磁盘
  • 加密作 > 直接访问
  • 加密权限 > 注册虚拟机
