Symptoms

工作階段記錄中出現錯誤： 
NOTICE:         "Description": "Failed to initialize Backup Descriptor.  Failed to download VM config file \"[Datastore_Name] VM_Folder/VM_Name.vmx\" into saveset file \"vm-####-config-file-0.cfg\".  HTTP Get request failed to download config file '[Datastore_Name] VM_Folder/VM_Name.vmx' using URL 'https://vCenter_Server_name/folder/VM_Folder/VM_Name.vmx?dcPath=Cluster_Name\Host_nameName=Datastore_Name'. HTTP Status code: 500."
vProxy 型備份已在相同環境的其他 ESXi 叢集上成功執行。

Cause

VMware 加密已啟用。若要確認，請從 VMware vSphere Client 開啟，然後開啟 VM 屬性。在 VM 選項標籤下，加密 VM 設定為加密原則。

NetWorker 使用的 VMware vCenter 帳戶沒有使用加密功能進行備份所需的密碼編譯權限。

Resolution

從 VMware 中，將下列權限套用至 NetWorker 使用的 vCenter 使用者帳戶。

  • 密碼編譯作業 > 新增磁碟
  • 密碼編譯作業 > 直接存取
  • 加密權限 > 註冊 VM
