VxRail: Drive Status LED Keeps Blinking after Drive Replacement

Symptoms
After finish drive replacement using VxRail UI, the new drive's status LED keeps blinking on VxRail 15G E660 or E660F.
This issue only impacts LED status, does not impact any function usage. 
Cause
The initial findings are pertained to BPAPI of SEP_IDENTITY, where it cannot set the flag for unblink command and moving to SEP_PRESENCE state.
Resolution
Recommend user to perform blink and unblink on the target drive using the iDRAC UI. After 1-5 minutes, LED blinking status in VxRail Manager UI will be turned off.
