Symptoms
取消掛接先前的複製時，可能會出現下列錯誤：
2021-10-14 02：17：16.787，取消掛載上一個複製，44dfc111-8a49-46b9-b905-ceb5f7111128，VM_000077，APPSYNC< 伺服器>，Virtual center 服務作業失敗，並出現錯誤：Requested Task Failed Invalid configuration for device '0'..使用 VI 用戶端，檢查 ESX 伺服器是否有工作和事件或警報。
Cause
VMware 不支援在虛擬磁碟存在 VMware 快照的虛擬機器中移除虛擬磁碟。這是 VMware 的預期行為，並在下列 VMware 文章中說明：
這些虛擬磁碟快照是由使用者或應用程式 (例如 Avamar) 所建立。建立後，快照會使 AppSync 無法從虛擬機器將虛擬磁碟取消掛接。這可防止移除包含目標虛擬磁碟的資料存放區和陣列快照。
Resolution
有三種可能的選項可解決此問題。
- 以持續性或非持續性「獨立」選項掛接虛擬磁碟，可防止 VMware 將其製作為虛擬機器快照的其中一部分。設定 AppSync 以掛接複製時，請啟用 VMware 虛擬磁碟模式選項。設定此選項時可選擇持續性 (預設) 或非持續性，但兩者皆可防止 VMware 製作虛擬磁碟的快照。
- 使用 VMware UI，在嘗試取消掛接 AppSync 複製之前，手動重新整合虛擬機器的任何 VMware 快照。
- 排程可在 AppSync 未執行掛接或取消掛接目標虛擬機器的作業時多次建立 VMware 快照的作業。
