Symptoms

이메일을 사용하여 게시하도록 설정된 예약 보고서가 전송되지 않습니다. 

Report JobsActive > Jobs는 보고서가 실행되었음을 보여 줍니다. 보고서에 데이터가 있습니다.

보고 엔진 및 게시자를 디버그로 전환한 후 server.log에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

Cause

SMTP 서버는 TLS 1.2를 사용하고 DPA는 TLS 1.1을 사용합니다. 이로 인해 TLS 버전이 일치하지 않아 SMTP 서버가 연결을 닫습니다.

Resolution

다음 단계를 실행하여 문제를 해결하십시오.

  1. 의 복사본을 만듭니다. /opt/emc/dpa/services/standalone/configuration/standalone.xml 다음 명령을 사용하는 파일:
cp  /opt/emc/dpa/services/standalone/configuration/standalone.xml  /opt/emc/dpa/services/standalone/configuration/standalone.xml.bak
  1. 편집 /opt/emc/dpa/services/standalone/configuration/standalone.xml 파일을 열면 vi 다음과 같이 변경합니다.
에 다음 두 줄을 추가합니다. <system-properties> 절: 
<property name="mail.smtp.ssl.trust" value="*"/>
<property name="mail.smtp.ssl.protocols" value="TLSv1.2"/>
그런 다음 파일을 저장하고 종료합니다. vi 와: :엑스
  1. 다음 명령을 사용하여 DPA APP 서비스를 재시작합니다.
/opt/emc/dpa/services/bin/dpa.sh app restart
