NetWorker：エラー メッセージ「パス 'path' のインデックス検索を実行できません。インデックス セッションが無効です」

フル バックアップはエラーなしで正常に完了していますが、増分バックアップは次のエラーで完了していません。

174422:save: Step (5 of 6) for PID-13894010: Reading the save sets and writing to the target device.
100690:save:<path>: File index could not be obtained due to <Unable to do Index lookup of path 'path'. The Index session is invalid

これには、ポリシー ログに次のようなメッセージが含まれる場合もあります。

RPC Authentication: <Client> failed to obtain RPCSEC_GSS credentials: Authentication error; why = Server rejected credential. Could not get a session key for GSS authentication.  Perhaps this authentication method is not allowed/supported by both the local and remote machines.

NetWorkerは、クライアント リソースのセーブセット属性にディレクトリー名を明示的にリストし、名前が変更されたディレクトリーのバックアップが有効になっている場合にのみ、ファイルとサブフォルダーが変更されていないディレクトリーをバックアップします。 

たとえば、セーブセット フィールドに「E:\」 が含まれている場合に、 E:\test ディレクトリーの名前を E:\test1に変更した場合、名前が変更されたディレクトリーのバックアップが有効にならないと、NetWorkerはE:\test1ディレクトリーをバックアップしません。 

セーブセット フィールドにE:\test が含まれている場合に、 E:\test ディレクトリーの名前を E:\test1に変更すると、名前が変更されたディレクトリーのバックアップを有効にすると、NetWorkerは E:\test1 ディレクトリーのバックアップを実行します。

NetWorkerは、前回のフル リカバリー以降に行われたディレクトリーの変更についてインデックス チェックを実行しますが、このステージに到達する前にClient Direct接続が正常に完了しているかどうかが、このチェックに依存している可能性があります。

名前が変更されたディレクトリーのバックアップを選択します。

デフォルトでは、フル バックアップ後にディレクトリーの名前が変更されても、ディレクトリー内のファイルまたはサブフォルダーが変更されない場合、NetWorkerは、名前が変更されたディレクトリーを後続の増分バックアップに含めません。増分バックアップに名称変更されたディレクトリーを含めるには、クライアント リソースで名前が変更されたディレクトリーのバックアップ属性を選択します

この設定を変更するには、NetWorker Management Consoleで [クライアントのプロパティ]を開きます。

NetWorker Management Consoleの[全般]タブには、名前が変更されたディレクトリーのバックアップのチェックボックスがあります。
