Symptoms
Om de nieuwste drivers van de Dell website Drivers en downloads te installeren. Zodra uw computer is geïdentificeerd, klikt u op Controleren op updates. Hiermee wordt gecontroleerd of SupportAssist al op uw computer is geïnstalleerd. U moet akkoord gaan met de licentieovereenkomst voor eindgebruikers (EULA) om SupportAssist for Home PCs te kunnen downloaden.
SupportAssist probeert opnieuw te installeren door automatisch driverupdates te vinden.
Cause
De SupportAssist-service is niet geïnitialiseerd nadat de computer opnieuw is opgestart of opnieuw is opgestart. Dit komt doordat SupportAssist-services standaard een uitgestelde start zijn.
Resolution
Geef de computer na het opnieuw opstarten 5 minuten de tijd voordat u controleert of er updates van de driver zijn. Voor computers ouder dan 5 jaar wacht u 7 minuten.
