Dell Unity: Unisphere'den Geleneksel Havuz Oluşturulamıyor VEYA Unisphere'den Havuz Oluştururken RAID 5 veya 10 Kullanılamıyor

Bu durumda Unity dizisi OE 5.2 çalıştırıyordu ve tüm NL-SAS sürücüleri dizide mevcuttu.

Unisphere'den havuz oluşturmaya çalışırken yalnızca RAID 6 kullanılabilir olur (RAID 5 ve RAID 10 kullanılamaz).

Unity dizisi, tasarıma göre çalışmaktadır.

Dell Unity OE 4.2 ve sonraki sürümlerde dinamik havuz, tümüyle flash sistem için Unisphere'de oluşturulabilen tek havuz tipidir. Ayrıca bu, OE 5.2 ve sonraki sürümleri çalıştıran karma sistemler için de geçerlidir. Geleneksel bir havuz oluşturmak için Unisphere CLI veya REST API kullanılır. Ayrıca NL-SAS sürücüleriyle dinamik havuz oluştururken Unisphere kullanılırken yalnızca RAID 6'ya izin verilir.

3) uemcli -d <IP Address> -u Local/admin -p <Password> /stor/config/pool create -name <Pool Name> -diskGroup dg_26 -drivesNumber 45 -storProfile tprofile_2 -type traditional           <- Command to create a traditional Pool (we use 45 of the 47 drives to leave 2 for spares)

Note: This command is run from a workstation with Unity uemcli installed.
Alternately the command can be run directly on the SP via an SSH connection:

uemcli -u Local/admin -p <Password> /stor/config/pool create -name <Pool Name> -diskGroup dg_26 -drivesNumber 45 -storProfile tprofile_2 -type traditional
