Cause

Het NWUI-keystorecertificaat voor bewaking is niet beschikbaar in de NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) keystore. De NWUI-bewaking heeft machtigingen in de NRE-keystore nodig voor authenticatie in de NetWorker-datazone. De oorzaak van het ontbrekende keystore-certificaat voor het NWUI-bewakingsproces is niet bekend.


De NRE-keystore moet het volgende tonen: emcnwuimonitoring Certificaatgegevens:

C:\Program Files\NRE\java\jre1.8.0_321\bin>keytool.exe -list -keystore ..\lib\security\cacerts | findstr emcnwuimonitoring
Enter keystore password:  changeit
emcnwuimonitoring, Apr 27, 2022, trustedCertEntry,

Resolution

Het NWUI monitoring keystore certificaat moet worden geïmporteerd in de NRE keystore. 

  • Open een opdrachtpromptvenster met de optie "Als administrator uitvoeren ".
  • Ga naar de NRE-bin-directory. Het NRE-pad varieert afhankelijk van de geïnstalleerde NRE-versie en het serverbesturingssysteem: 
Linux: 
cd /opt/nre/java/latest/bin/
Windows: 
cd "C:\Program Files\NRE\java\jre1.8.0_321\bin>"
  • Geef de inhoud van de NRE keystore weer om de emcnwuimonitoring bestaat niet. Het standaardwachtwoord is "changeit."
Linux:  
./keytool -list -keystore ../lib/security/cacerts | grep emcnwuimonitoring
Windows: 
keytool.exe -list -keystore ..\lib\security\cacerts | findstr emcnwuimonitoring
  • Importeer de NWUI monitoring keystore naar de NRE keystore:
Linux: 
./keytool -import -alias emcnwuimonitoring -file /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/emcnwuimonitoring.cer -keystore ../lib/security/cacerts
Windows: 
keytool.exe -importcert -alias emcnwuimonitoring -file "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\app\conf\emcnwuimonitoring.cer" -keystore ..\lib\security\cacerts
  • Stop de "NetWorker Backup and Recover Server" dienst:
Linux: 
nsr_shutdown
Windows: 
net stop nsrd
  • Start de "NetWorker Backup and Recover Server" dienst:
Linux: 
systemctl start networker
Windows: 
net start nsrd
  • Geef de inhoud van de NRE keystore weer om de emcnwuimonitoring bestaat met het standaardwachtwoord van "changeit".
Linux:  
./keytool -list -keystore ../lib/security/cacerts | grep emcnwuimonitoring
Windows: 
keytool.exe -list -keystore ..\lib\security\cacerts | findstr emcnwuimonitoring
  • Bevestig dat het symptoom niet meer wordt aangetroffen in de NWUI.
