Dell Optimizer wordt niet uitgevoerd of geïnstalleerd onder Windows 11. Windows 11blokkeert de installatie en uitvoering van Dell Optimizer wanneer Smart App Control is ingesteld op Ingeschakeld.

Cause

Windows 11 heeft de Smart App Control-functie ingeschakeld en de versie van Dell Optimizer op de computer bevat niet-ondertekende binaire bestanden.

Resolution

  1. Het uitschakelen van Smart App Control in Windows 11 kan het probleem oplossen:
    1. Typ Smart App Control in het zoekvak op de taakbalk.
    2. Selecteer Smart App Control System-instellingen in de resultaten.
    3. Wijzig de instelling voor periodiek scannen in Op of Uit.
