Solução temporária: 

Pré-carregue a biblioteca NMDA libcrypto.so.1.0.0 no script RUN do servidor de backup do Sybase. Reinicie o servidor de backup do Sybase,
 

1. No client Sybase, faça log-in como um usuário do Sybase.
2. Vá para o diretório base de instalação do Sybase
3. Origine o script do ambiente Sybase.

$ . ./SYBASE.sh

4. Exporte a variável LD_PRELOAD no script RUN. Salve as alterações.

$ cd $SYBASE/$SYBASE_ASE/install
$ vi RUN_<SERVER>_BS
