Instructions

  1. https://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/srsearch 로 이동
  2. 로그인을 클릭합니다.
Service Requests Sign in 페이지
  1. 제공된 공간에 서비스 요청 번호 값을 입력합니다.
  2. 표시 창에 서비스 요청과 관련된 Email Address를 입력합니다.
  3. Activity Center(작업 센터) 패널에서 Attach Files(파일 첨부) 버튼을 클릭합니다.
  4. 업로드할 파일을 선택합니다.
  5. Upload All을 클릭합니다.

TechDirect를 사용하는 대체 방법

  1. https://tdm.dell.com/file-upload 로 이동
  2. 서비스 태그를 입력하고 확인합니다.
  3. 기본 설정 이름, 서비스 요청 번호 및 해당 서비스 요청과 연결된 이메일 주소를 입력합니다.
  4. 업로드할 파일을 선택합니다.
