Symptoms

从 OpenManage Enterprise 导出设备模板失败，并显示错误： 
'An unknown error has occurred. Please try again'

 Tomcat 应用程序日志在导出时指示以下错误： 
[ERROR] 2022-11-14 14:13:20.284 [ajp-nio-0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1-8009-exec-29] StoreProcedureAdapter - getXML: SQL call failed org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: invalid XML comment

Cause

当服务器包含运行固件版本 20.5.13 的基于英特尔 E810 的网卡时，由于配置文件中的无效字符而发生故障。对于运行 20.0.18（较旧）或 21.5.0（较新版本）的网卡，未观察到此问题。

Resolution

将基于 Intel E810 的网卡固件至少更新到版本 21.5.0 或更高版本。更新网卡后，从目标设备捕获新模板。这样可以无错误地导出模板。
